- Will send a note home to parents after Spring Break announcing the next PTO meeting we will vote on officers if they would like to attend. Suzanne will create the note and get it to Cara.
- Summer Movie Tickets- Suzanne made the motion to sell movie tickets again this year and Jennifer seconded. Cara will pick up 100 tickets over Spring Break.
- Spring Event- Tabled until next meeting if anyone has ideas or would like to be in charge of this, as this is a busy time of the year and calendars are filling up fast.
- Technology Open House will be on 4-4-13.
- After-Prom donation- Cara made the motion to donate $25 to After-Prom. Jennifer seconded and will submit the payment.
- Mr. Walker with Fruitoramma presented fundraising options for next year. It is 5lbs. of apples, oranges, or mixed and sells for $15. The profit is based on the amount of sales. We can sell this district-wide to increase the amount sold and increase profit as well. They would then be in charge of delivery to each school and keeping each school profits separate. There is a 2 week turnaround and is available to sell anytime of the year. It was discussed to do this in early fall or spring of next year. Everyone seemed to like the idea of selling something healthy that would be easier for friends and family to want to purchase.
- The next PTO meeting is Tuesday, April 2nd at 6:00 p.m.
Suzanne made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m. Jennifer seconded.
