Southeast Pre-K students are Pirates For A Day
Southeast Pre-Kindergarten students were able to be Pirates for a Day on Monday. The students went through their normal routine of naming the day of the week, reciting the letter of the day and more – all while (mostly) using their best Pirate voices.
Story time included a Pirate-themed book, and as a part of the Kansas Early Learning Standards, students helped read a map that led them throughout the schoolyard until they found “buried treasure”.
