Dear Southeast Elementary Families,

Welcome to 2016!

We are getting second semester underway. I can’t believe we are at this point! The second semester will be very busy as we look forward to the spelling bee, Kansas Assessments, spring break, spring program, field day, field trips, etc. I am sure this semester will fly by as fast as the first one.

For now we will look at our January events:
01/11 Board Meeting 6:00 p.m. board office
01/12 PTO Meeting in Mrs. Cyndee Martin’s room 6:00 p.m.
01/18 No school In-service for teachers
01/19 KRR after school reading program will start (contact Jamie Ball for more info)
01/26 School Wide Bee at 9:30 in gymnasium

Save the Dates:
02/11 County Wide Spelling Bee in Pittsburg
04/21 Spring Concert @ 6:30 p.m. at the high school

The students came back from break energized and excited. They had a lot of stories to share with their teacher and classmates. We hope we can capture that excitement over this next semester. It is our privilege to serve your child. Please contact the school if you have any questions or concerns.
