Dear Southeast Elementary Families,

We are well underway into our 2nd semester. The time is just flying by!

We had our school wide spelling bee. The 1st place winner was Kaydence White in 4th grade.
We had 2 students tie for 2nd as they both went out in the same round. They are Ben Rice, 4th grade, and Lyla Oehme, 2nd grade. The county bee will be in Pittsburg on Thursday, Feb. 11th at 9:30. More details will come out shortly.

Our February events:
02/02 PTO Meeting in Mrs. Cyndee Martin’s room 6:00 p.m.
02/08 Board meeting at board office at 6:00 p.m.
02/12 No School In-service for teachers
02/15 No School Presidents’ Day

Save the Dates:
03/22 & 23 Kindergarten round up (school will be held for the current K students)
03/22 & 23 Pre-K round up (date and time to be announced)
04/21 Spring Concert @ 6:30 p.m. at the high school
05/10 Awards Assembly and Field Day (make-up date May 12th)

to help you with your schedule. Teachers will also keep you updated on any events.

If you make any changes in your phone numbers, please call the office to update that information.
