A NOTE FROM THE SCHOOL NURSE

Dear Parent/Guardian:

The week of March 8th – March 10th I will be conducting vision and hearing screens at Southeast High School. I will screen all students in the 9th and 11th grades. I will also screen all new students regardless of their grade.

If your student wears contacts or glasses, it is important that they wear them every day. Please encourage them to wear them on the above dates. If they are not wearing their contacts or glasses, I will be unable to screen them.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact me through your child’s school.
