Dr. Brad Miner Selected for Distinguished Service Administrator Award

CHEROKEE – Dr. Brad Miner, USD 247 Southeast Superintendent, has been selected to receive the Pittsburg State University College of Education Distinguished Service Administrator Award for Fall 2024. This prestigious honor recognizes exemplary commitment and leadership in education.

An award will be presented to Dr. Miner at the Award Recognition Ceremony to be held in the Linda and Lee Scott Performance Hall of the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts on the campus of PSU on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

According to PSU Interim Dean John Oppliger, PhD, recipients of this award are considered to be the “best of the best” and Dr. Miner’s accomplishments as an administrator have been recognized and demonstrate that he is outstanding in his field. Congratulations, Dr. Miner!
