USD 247 Offers On-Line Tutoring Resources for Students
USD 247 has recently made available to students in grades 3 through 12 an on-line tutoring option known as Varsity Tutors. The Varsity Tutors Platform gives your student more opportunities to learn at their own pace. This resource offers 24/7 on-demand chat tutoring and on-demand essay review that is of no charge. They also offer live group classes, recorded classes, and celebrity-led Star Courses that allow your student to learn more about the subjects they’re interested in. There are also assessments and self-study practice problems that provide opportunities to drill skills towards mastery. Also included are college prep and admissions resources.
All students in grades 3 through 12 have been introduced to this platform at school and can access it by clicking HERE and logging in and using their assigned school Google credentials. They may also access it through the school website HERE and choose “Students,” and then “VARSITY TUTORS.”
