Southeast High School students have been selected for the 2025 State Honor Choir. Malaia Ellis (sophomore, alto) and Hudson Locke (sophomore, bass) auditioned against singers across Kansas to earn their way into the group. The State Honor Choir is made up of 256 singers, 64 students for each voice part (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) are chosen out of the entire state.

Malaia and Hudson will be performing with the State Honor Choir at the Century II Performing Arts Center in Wichita on March 1 at 11:30 AM.
