Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is hosting a flu shot clinic at your child’s school this year! Our hope is that this will cut down the amount of flu related sickness in school and prevent your children from missing school during this flu season! The date of the clinic is Monday, October 6th.  No student will be denied this vaccination if parents have consented for their child to receive the vaccination; however, if your child has insurance, this insurance will be billed. Consent forms will be sent home with your child this week. Please fill out the forms and return them to your child’s school no later than October 1st.
