SEK CHC will be hosting a dental screening clinic for all USD 247 students on Wednesday October 8, 2025.  The services provided will include a free screening with fluoride varnish application if needed to those students who have returned a consent.  These dental screenings are provided at NO COST, and no insurance is involved.  Please watch for consent forms to be sent home with your child the week of September 15, 2025.  CHC dental staff were available during enrollment, and many parents did complete consents at that time. If you would like your child to receive a free no-cost-to-you dental screening/fluoride application, please complete the consent form.  If you would like to opt your child out of this service, you may do so by completing the form as well.  Further information regarding the screenings are provided by CHC on the consent form.  Please have consent forms returned by Wednesday, October 1, 2025.  This is a free service to all children regardless of insurance. – Nurse Katrina
