Kaleyn Bitner had 2 assisted blocks.
“First game jitters got the best of us the first match. We were unable to get into our system we made a lot of hitting errors. Douglas was good.
They hit really well and where able to stay in system majority of the match.”
2nd Match vs Wellsville #4 seed

Olivia Powell lead offensively with 8 kills.
Kalyn Bitner had 3 solo blocks and 1 assisted.
Bailee Ulery had 4 assisted blocks
Maggie Renn had 5 assisted blocks
Madison Thompson had 6 digs.
Kelsie Westervelt had 8 digs
“Against Wellsville the girls played great defense at the net and digging.
We just could not transition it to offensive points.
3rd match vs Lakin
21-25, 21-25
Olivia Powell lead offensively with 5 kills and 3 assisted blocks.
Kalyn Bitner had 1 solo and 2 assisted blocks Maggie Renn also had 3 assisted blocks.
Katie Horsman had 10 perfect serve receive passes.
Madison Bone had 5 digs.
“Again against Lakin we played great defense at the net and digging but could not transition it to offensive points. We produced more offensively but just not enough.”
“Over all the girls played well, we did not have the finish we wanted. But I am really proud of these girls for the end of the season they were able to have. They worked hard and had a lot of fun and made their school and community very proud of them.”
Southeast finishes the season with an overall record of 19-22.
