Southeast 7th grader Elyzabeth Wood, of Weir, has been chosen to participate in the KMEA Middle Level Choir. She will join about 160 other students from throughout the state at the performance at the KMEA Convention Center in Wichita on Friday, February 27, 2015.

Mrs Rebecca Logan said she believes Elyzabeth is the first junior high student at Southeast to receive this honor.
