SES Family Letter from Principal Hall – September 2015

September 4th, 2015

Dear Southeast Elementary Families,

School is well underway! Excitement is in the air as students and staff are returning to a new year and routine.

I am sure you all know by now that Brad Miner is our new superintendent. He is leading us into a new year and new theme “Do Great Things!” “Do Great Things” can mean many things across the district. For us it means a nice, attractive facility, students & their families, and a staff that is ready to serve the children of USD 247. Over the next several months, SES will “Do Great Things!” I will share those “things” with you as I write a monthly newsletter.

Please check the calendar at USD247.com to find a list of all district activities & times to help you with your schedule. Teachers will also keep you updated on any events that will involve your child.

Here is a list of events that have already been scheduled:

Sept 12 Cherokee parade*
Sept 14-17 Vision & hearing screenings
Sept 18 Tennis shoes will arrive
