The Flint Hills Tea Party Education Fund, Inc. is preparing its 5th annual Constitution Bee in the State of Kansas for students in grades 9-12 at Manhattan, Kansas on March 6, 2016.  They call the project Youth Education Scholarship or “YES for Liberty”.

A total of $5,750.00 will be awarded at each event to students participating in the finals from across the state of Kansas.
