Birthday Party for Dr Seuss held at SES
March 2nd was NEA’s Read Across America Day – the day schools across the country celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday. Southeast Elementary students celebrated by playing games like bingo and charades, hearing several of their favorites like “Green Eggs & Ham” and “The Sneetches”, and the Dr. Seuss Photo Booth is always a hit.
This year, Principal Tammie Hall was joined by special guest readers, Superintendent Brad Miner and his wife, Shelmarie, and Tawnya Bach of the KOAM Morning News.
