Freshmen Orientation at SHS

Forty-six 9th graders at Southeast High School attended a half-day Freshmen Orientation today, before all 9-12th graders arrive for the official first day of school on Wednesday. Students were able to meet the staff, travel through an abbreviated version of their daily schedule, locate their lockers, and get a glimpse at all of the clubs and organizations offered at SHS during “Rush”.

Upperclassmen and Club Officers from organizations like FBLA, FFA, FCCLA, TSA, KAY, Skills USA, HOSA, Scholars Bowl, and more had booths/displays with information about how to join, examples of activities, and upcoming events within each group.
