At a reception in Wichita, KS on Wednesday evening, SHS Principal Larry Malle was recognized as the KASSP (Kansas Association of Secondary School Principals) Area II Principal of the year.  KASSP is an organization of over 450 secondary school principals from across the State of Kansas. Malle was nominated and selected by peer principals. Candidates are evaluated on their school leadership, school improvement, dedication, professionalism, and service to students.  Mr. Malle’s wife, Kelly Malle, was in attendance as well as USD 247 Superintendent Dr. Brad Miner.
