Quintonn “Q” Lunsford, sophomore at Southeast High School, has qualified to compete in Bareback Riding at the American Royal Youth Rodeo at Hale Arena at the American Royal Complex in Kansas City.  He will ride on Wednesday, September 25, in the Senior division.  Quintonn regularly competes and places in bareback riding, saddle bronc, and bull riding in rodeos in the Midwest.  Last year he earned Missouri High School Rodeo Champion in bareback, reserve champion in saddle bronc, and 5th in bull riding.  Quintonn qualified for nationals in all three events, but concentrated on bareback and saddle bronc riding at nationals.  Good luck, Quintonn!
