As the 2019-2020 school year is coming to an end, it is now the time to start planning for next year.  The link below provides the Immunization requirements for the 2020-2021 school year.  Please do not let COVID be a reason you do not get your child immunized.  Doctors’ offices have planned for this and have reserved times for well-child visits and immunizations.  Call your child’s primary care provider to make an appointment!  If your child does receive any immunizations over the summer, please make sure you send a copy to your child’s school so Nurse Lacey can put it on their immunization record.  If your child needs a sports physical, call their primary care doctor and schedule an appointment to get that done.  Due to social distancing and observing guidance regarding COVID, there isn’t a clinic offering free physicals at this time.  If this changes, a follow-up email will be sent out!
