We are so very sorry for the inconvenience, but due to COVID-19 and the difficulty in maintaining proper social distance, physicals and immunizations will not be provided during the 2020-21 USD 247 Southeast enrollment.  Please make it a priority to contact your personal health care provider to obtain a current physical and to acquire any needed immunizations.  Make sure you bring a copy of your child’s physical and updated immunizations to enrollment, scheduled for August 5 – 6 (times to be determined).  If you get a physical or immunizations after enrollment, please send a copy with your child on the first day of school, scheduled for August 19.
