Southeast shuts out Jayhawk-Linn

Southeast-Cherokee picked up their second victory this week by shutting out Jayhawk-Linn, 37-0 on Friday.

Cullen Mutz and Cooper Hamblin each rushed for two touchdowns and Cade Burdette returned a punt for a touchdown to cap the scoring for the Lancers. Southeast completed their Week 1 game with Uniontown on Monday night, defeating the Eagles, 22-7.

This marks Southeast’s third consecutive win over the Jayhawks.
