CHEROKEE – Southeast High School Senior Brandon Favuzzi (Cherokee) signs to officially join Pratt Community College Cheer.  He will be a scholarship member of the nationally competitive Co-Ed Team. Pratt Cheer earned runner up at the 2021, and third place at the 2022 NCA College Nationals in Daytona, Florida. They also hold the 2020, 2021 & 2022 Region VI Conference Championship title.

Brandon earned his first varsity letter in cheer this year under Coach Michelle Dayton.  He also lettered in both football and baseball during his high school years, earning several honors. Coach Dayton commented, “Brandon only had a few months to practice with our squad before he mastered his Co-Ed stunting skills. His physical strength played a big part, but equally important was his eagerness to learn the proper technique and safety skills needed. Even though being on the cheer squad was a new role for him, his leadership and teamwork were unmatched.  Several college programs were interested in him because of his talent. We are very proud of him and can’t wait to cheer him on at the collegiate level.”
