Current KU student Ashlyn Cassidy recently spoke to high school TRIO participants about her semester studying abroad in Italy.

She shared her educational and cultural experiences as well as photos from the 8 countries she visited.

She answered student questions and emphasized the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone and embracing new opportunities.

Ashlyn is a Southeast honor graduate who participated in TRIO for six years. She is studying Accounting and International Business.
