CHEROKEE – At an informal gathering in the west gym of the high school on May 11, 2023, several USD 247 staff members were recognized.

Retirements
There were two retirements this year: Jim Rockers – 16 years, and Mike Bowman – 17 years. They even received a standing ovation! They will be missed, and we wish them the very best!
