Southeast Volleyball punches ticket to Sub-State
Southeast (13th seed) beat Yates Center (4th seed) and Douglas (12th seed) to secure a spot at Sub-State this Saturday! The Lady Lancers take on Humboldt @ 2p this Saturday, in Humboldt. The SHS Booster Club is covering the cost for SHS students who attend the Sub-State tournament to cheer on the Lancers.
The Lancers fell to Colgan (5th seed) in a hard fought match.

I am so proud of the way we played, with the energy we had in the first game vs Yates Center I just knew we were locked in. Everyone came out and played their part and we played as a team. We had so much fun. It felt good to come out on top because we have been wanting a win. The gym was loud and I think that we were loudest there. “Tonight we made our goal of winning at least two games. It would have been awesome if we had won all three, but we sadly didn’t. I’m so glad that the season is not over and I get to continue to play with these guys. I love the way we played against Yates Center especially after losing to them earlier in the season.
