Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, Inc. (CHC/SEK) will be hosting a dental screening clinic for all USD 247 students on Monday, October 5, 2026.  The services will include a FREE dental screening provided at NO COST.  (Additional services will be charged to your insurance.) If you did not fill out a consent form at enrollment, and you would like your child to receive a FREE dental screening, please complete the consent form. If you would like to opt your child out of this service, you may do so by completing the form as well.  Further information regarding the screenings are provided by CHC on the consent form.  Please have consent forms returned by Monday, September 28, 2026.  – Nurse Katrina
