Bullying Prevention Hotline

Phone: 1-800-CHILDREN or 1-800-332-6378
Text or email: 1800children@kcsl.org

This hotline is available 24 hours, and is a free, anonymous service to provide counsel and resources to those who have questions or concerns about bullying situations.

This hotline is provided as a partnership between the Kansas State Department of Education and Kansas Children’s Service League. It is provided through a Safe and Supportive Schools grant and is staffed by trained professionals and volunteers who listen to each caller’s concerns and seek to provide the caller with resources to assist him or her.

Students who feel unsafe at school can call either hotline. The professionals at the Bullying Prevention Hotline will forward any calls where they feel there is the potential for violence or that a student may harm him or herself or others to the School Safety Hotline.
