Southeast USD 247, Cherokee, KS has an opening for a Certified Middle School Physical Education/Health Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.
Applicants must have a current KS Teaching License with proper endorsement or able to obtain one.
Base Salary: $40,500 (salary may increase depending on years of experience)
Student contact days: 161.5
Teacher contract days: 174
Benefit package includes:
Paid life insurance – $35,000
Paid single premium health insurance-option 3 (with other optional insurances available)
Discretionary days – 12 per year
Professional Development Day – 1 per year
