SOUTHEAST ELEMENTARY PTO MINUTES
March 7th, 2017

Present: Elaine Humble, Dorothy Smith, Tammy Hall, Katie Locke, Jackie Scott, Carol Denham,
Brenda Waugh, Cyndee Martin, Joyce Fox and Amanda Collingsworth

Dorothy Smith called the meeting to order at 6:10pm.

February 2017 minutes were reviewed. Elaine Humble motioned to approve minutes. Joyce Fox
seconded.

Treasurer’s Report- Elaine Humble

• Beginning Checking Balance-$6370.40
• Ending Checking Balance-$6166.40
• Savings Account Balance-$5.1

Katie Locke Motioned to approve treasurer’s report. Amanda Collingsworth seconded.

OLD BUSINESS-

• Red wheel
  • Orders now need to be turned in by Monday, March 13th.
  • Pick-up will be March 30th 2:00pm-6:30pm.
  • Date for bounce house will be decided at the next meeting.
• T-shirts
  • Will be be discussing next meeting due to tanks and shorts being on backorder.

NEW BUSINESS-

• Carol Denham motioned to donate $75 to SHS after prom. Amanda Collingsworth
  seconded.
• Joyce Fox motioned to have Carol Denham purchase pencils for box top reward. Elaine
  Humble seconded.
• Joyce Fox motioned to have Carol Denham renew SES scholastic subscription. Jackie
  Scott seconded.

Joyce Fox motioned to adjourn meeting at 7:05. Jackie Scott seconded.

Next PTO meeting will be Tuesday, April 4th at 6pm in Cyndee Martins room.
