“The first match, against Northeast, we played like individuals and we didn’t play to our full potential.  The second match we played against Oswego, and in the first set we didn’t play as a team.  The second set we beat them as a team and we all hustled after balls.  The third set was intense; we focused on getting one point at a time.  We hustled for every ball and limited our errors, and we came out with a win.” – Sr. Anna Thompson

“I feel like most of the night we had zero energy.  When we first started, we looked tired and even when we would do good things, we wouldn’t cheer or get excited.  It stayed that way the whole first set and didn’t really improve at all the second set.  We did NOT play as a team.  Coming into the match against Oswego, we started off the same way.  Once we went into the second set we really started to push to our full potential and work as a team.  We kept the energy and pulled through the third set and managed to pull off the win.” – Jr. Traci Powers

“I was happy and proud of the way the girls finished the evening.  It has been a while since we have played as a team like they did against Oswego.  We were hustling and making plays.  It was fun to watch and coach.”- Head Coach Maya White
