“Tonight was a long fun night of volleyball.  There were a lot of long rallies and it went point for point a lot of the time.  Girard had some great hitters and made some great plays.  I was proud of our girls tonight from everyone on the bench to the girls on the court.  They all played with heart and focus.  We stepped up and played consistent for most of the night.  Anna Thompson helped lead and refocus our team after the first set. All the seniors did well tonight.  Katie Bitner played smart and earned 16 kills by placing the ball in the right spot and attacking with power at times.  Sara Schirinzi hustled and made some great plays at clutch times.  Jordan Jameson made some great digs throughout the night that helped us win some long rallies.  McKenna Renn served very well making it hard for Girard to run their offense at times tonight while she was serving.” – Head Coach Maya White

Our record is now 18-13.  We play in Neodesha at 9:00 am on Saturday for the Neodesha tournament.

Our JV also played a dual with Girard tonight and lost 21-25, 20-25, 19-25.
