As of now we are encouraging you to schedule an appointment to get a physical with your doctor.  The KSHSAA Sports Physical Form and KSHSAA Concussion Form are in the links below.  You can also find these forms on the USD #247 Southeast school website under “Sports.”  There has been no free physical date set, and the Girard Medical Center is not positive they will have one.  If there is a change, and they have one, we will post the date.
