CHEROKEE – Southeast fell to Columbus in 4 sets on Thursday, September 22.

14-25, 25-20, 16-25, 15-25

Sr. Malia Vinson had 8 kills and 16 digs.
Jr. Kinsey Cassidy had 21 digs and lead with 3 aces.
So. Bella Tavernaro had 10 kills, 2 blocks, 12 digs, and 13 perfect serve receive passes.
So. Jade Peak had 8 digs.
So. Eliz White had 11 digs.
Sr. Zoey Tavenaro had 24 digs and 10 perfect serve receive passes. 

“Tonight we had great defense, but could not convert our defensive stops to points. We are continuing to improve individually, we just need to start putting it all together and playing more consistently.” – Head coach Maya White

Our record is now 6-14. JV lost in 3 tonight, too.

Our next matches are Tuesday night at home, starting at 4pm vs Altoona. Then it will be Altoona vs Pleasanton – 5pm, JV vs Pleasanton – 6pm, and senior night vs Pleasanton – 7pm.
