7th-12th Summer Weights Schedule

Boys’ Weights: Starts May 30th, Ends August 3rd, Monday-Thursday, 3 Sessions: 6am, 7am, or 8am. 7th-8th @ 8am.

Girls’ Weights: Starts May 30th, No Weights June 1st, Ends July 27th, Monday-Thursday, 9am

NO WEIGHTS FOR ANYONE JULY 3RD-9TH FOR THE SUMMER MORATORIUM.

Weights are open to any incoming 7th-12th grade student at Southeast. The focus will be on increased speed, power, & quickness. Added benefits will be reduced risk of injury in season and increased self-confidence.
